What if my order is delivered with damage or missing parts?

If you notice damage to your item(s) or if you are missing parts, please follow these steps:

  1. If applicable, please take pictures of damage to the outside packaging.
  2. If applicable, take pictures of the damage to the product.
  3. For damaged product or if missing parts, please submit a Warranty Claim form here.


Once your claim is submitted, an Armadillo Tough representative will contact you with instructions to resolve this issue.
