What if I received the wrong product?

If you received the wrong item (check the markings on the outside of the box), please do not open the packaging and follow these steps:

  1. Click here to be directed to the returns form.
  2. Complete the form and attach images of the incorrect item received. 
  3. Click the restocking fee acknowledgment box but note that you will be NOT be charged a restocking fee only if delivery of the wrong item was our error. We will review your order details and compare to item delivered to make that determination.
