You do not need to be home at the time of delivery, but it is recommended. At the time of the delivery, someone 18 or older can accept delivery and sign a proof of delivery receipt. UPS will then place your shipment inside your garage. If you or someone else 18 is not home at the time of delivery, UPS will leave your order outside of your home.

- Tell the driver where to leave your package.
- Receive delivery alerts and photos.
- Change the delivery date or location.
- View the estimated time for delivery.
- Follow shipments as they move toward their destinations.
